Running a studio catering to private clients ranging from high- and low-end designers seeking everything from simple look-books to new conceptual advertisements for magazines or billboards. Technically working with studio lighting, setting and designing backgrounds, prop works, photographing, and post-shoot manipulation of photographs. Coordinating shoots by working closely with the modeling agencies and clients to get just the right model and look for the job. Quoting proposal costs and designing invoices, and then settling accounts. Keeping track of money earned and spent for shoots and upkeep of the studio. Hiring of any outside help for specialty requests, such as catering or pyrotechnics.

Summer 2011

A photo series consisting of 175 images for a project called N-U-D-E, an exhibition promoted by The Italian National Chamber of Fashion during Milan Men’s Fashion Week during the summer of 2011. The models had to be organized, dressed, made up, and then shot. All the images then had to be scanned then retouched and cleaned for digital use. The series was deigned by Davide and Andrea for Andrea’s clothing line AH-MAZING. Normally, we would have completed this shoot with a digital camera, but we didn’t want the sterile aesthetic that comes along with it. We wanted real, we wanted gritty, so we wanted something classic. Instant film gave each image the style it needed to compliment the clothing perfectly. In short, it was the right choice of film for this clothing line. The images can be found at
